The 25th of April is the birthday anniversary of Guglielmo Marconi, born in Italy on 25th April 1874.
Marconi is for most of europeans considered the father of Radio, but as we know the Italian iventor was not the first to invent Radio, since many other scientists reached this goal, but he can be considered the Pinoeer of DX (long distance contact) since he demonstrated how to provide intercontinental telegraph transmissions using the radiowave propagation.
